Xavier’s Memorable Mid-Flight Graduation

Xavier Joel’s kindergarten graduation was popping with joy, thanks to a celebratory gesture by his mom and Frontier Airlines. Xavier had to miss his
kindergarten graduation because of a family wedding in Puerto Rico. His mom, Janeiry Jay Rivas, came up with a unique way to celebrate, so she packed her son’s cap and gown for the perfect mid-flight surprise! As they boarded the Frontier Airlines flight at the Orlando airport, Xavier told flight attendant Pamela about his missed graduation. This sparked the idea for the in-flight celebration.

Thirty minutes prior to landing, the flight was bursting with cheers and gifts as Xavier walked down the rows of seats for a sky high kindergarten graduation. Pamela even performed the tassel move! Xavier then proudly shared pictures and stories of his experience with everyone at the wedding. Frontier Airlines also praised their flight attendants for making this ceremony truly unforgettable. We’re so excited for Xavier as he soars into first grade!
